Dear John:

It was about 15 years ago when I read a NY Times article describing in some detail the creative solutions that you brought to a Westchester project being built while dealing with unique topographical challenges. As I recall, that article encouraged me to reach out and contact you and see if there is a way for us to add the Karhu Architectural talent as an added value to our development team. Ever since that time it has proven to be one of the better pieces I ever came across while reading the NY Times.

John, it has been a true pleasure working with you, your creative talents, your ability to provide the best aesthetical presentation to what would otherwise be nothing but a mundane structure.
